Services Provided

The Field Services Department consists of specialty crews created to insure quality work through highly qualified and skilled personnel. These crews are: Heat and Air, Electrical, Plumbing, Flooring, Roofing, Siding, Framing, Concrete Finishing, Remodeling, Painting, Fencing, and Welding.

Programs Through the Field Services Department

• Mutual Help Rehab - Renovation of homes in M.H. inventory

• Low Rent Maintenance - Maintaining safe, decent, and adequate homes on rental program owned by the CNHA

• Elderly Program - Tribal members over 62 years of age qualify for emergency work to be performed on homes that are not in CNHA inventory.
