Cache Development Project

The Cache Development Project consists of five homes and is planned for construction during the summer of 2011.  The homes will be constructed with funds allocated to the Comanche Nation Housing Authority by the Comanche Nation and will be built 1 mile west and 1/2 mile north of Cache on NW Quanah Road.

The CNHA has secured the appropriate funding to be able to move forward with this project.   Architects have been hired and designs have been approved.  Construction on some of the development phases is complete or has already begun while others will be contracted soon.

Five Comanche Nation families have been notified that they were approved to purchase one of these homes and were given an opportunity to select blueprints and additional options for their new home.

Road construction was completed in early September including an asphalt surface, concrete curbs, and appropriately planned water drainage.  This quite cul-de-sac will provide a great place for these five families to live and play together.
