Monthly Payment Policy

All rent and homebuyer payments are due on or before the first (1st) day of each month without billing/prior notice.

Location and Hours

Each tenant is responsible for making their monthly payments directly to the CNHA office located at 402 S.E. "F" Avenue, Lawton, OK 73502.  The office is open Monday thru Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

An after hour's payment drop box is also available located in the CNHA parking lot near the front entrance of the building.  Payments received from the after hour's payment drop box will be processed the next working day and a payment receipt will be mailed to the tenant.

Methods of Payment

Cashier checks and money orders are the only forms of payment accepted at the CNHA office.  For your convenience, an ACH (automated clearing house) debit may also be established to electronically withdraw monthly payments from your bank account.

Effective March 1, 2011, payments not received by the fifth (5th) day of the month will be considered delinquent, and will be charged a late fee at that time.
