Maintenance Department

The Maintenance Department consists of specialty crews created to ensure quality work through highly qualified and skilled personnel. These crews are: Heat and Air, Electrical, Plumbing, Flooring, Roofing, Siding, Framing, Concrete Finishing, Remodeling, Painting, and Fencing.

Programs supported by the Maintenance Department include:
 

• Low Rent Maintenance - Maintaining safe, decent, and adequate homes on rental program owned by the CNHA.

• Elderly Assistance Program - Tribal members over 62 years of age qualify for emergency work to be performed on homes that are not in CNHA inventory.  Click here for details on the Elderly Assistance Program.
